My Services Are Currently Offered In-Person In East Sac, Or Virtually.
Services offered:
Individual, 18yo+
One-on-one, in person or virtual. Psychoeducation and strategies for achieving self-selected goals. Topics of emotional regulation, effective communication, and building relationships are always present.
$200 per 50 minute session.
Parent Coaching
Parenting teams, up to 4 adults, in person, or virtual. Psychoeducation and strategies for parents to support their children in achieving their goals at home, in school, and socially. Readings and research will be assigned and discussed.
$250 per 50 minute session.
Family Therapy
The therapist, and up to 3 family members, in person only. We will discuss building healthy relationships, boundaries, and effective communication to achieve self-selected goals for the family.
$250 per 50 minute session.
I accept three forms of payment.
One:
Funding through the Alta California Regional Center. ACRC serves people of all ages with developmental disabilities. If you are an Alta consumer, ask your service coordinator to contact me.
Two:
Private pay. Clients pay out-of-pocket for services. A credit card Fee Agreement is obtained, and my bookkeeper charges monthly for sessions.
